Jasmine Petrakieva is the managing partner, advertising manager and office manager of the family agency “Petrakievi” Ltd. While her husband Tsvetan Petrakiev is the main engine of Petrakievi agency, Jasmine is the soul of the company, the one who gives life, color and the feeling of family, trust and warmth.
Her main line is establishing the brand and its advertised properties in social networks, traditional media and the major property portals in Bulgaria. In addition to building trust and promoting the company Jasmine is responsible for publishing, editing, updating offers and information on the site, administration and sales.
Almost all of her professional path is closely related to real estate. She started working together with her husband back in 2004 for the largest real estate company in Bulgaria “Bulgarian Properties”. She started as an agent and later transferred to the administrative department, where she gained extensive experience in conducting correspondence, negotiations, as well as consulting current and potential foreign clients, working directly with relevant institutions, organizing and coordinating work in the office and etc. After several years of absence due to maternity and upgrading her skills in other fields of activity in the Municipality of Burgas, Jasmine is once again returning to the field of real estate. In one of the most challenging years 2020, a time that requires a change of approach and making innovative decisions, together with her most trusted partner in life – her husband Tsvetan Petrakiev, with a lot of love and unceasing enthusiasm, they created Petrakievi Ltd. In less than a year, the company became recognizable in its circles and established itself in the Burgas market.
In her work, she is always smiling, extremely communicative, with a positive attitude towards life, which allows her to be more creative, efficient and flexible in her professional relationships and duties. The qualities that distinguish her are the ability to create a positive and motivating environment, excellent organization, a responsible attitude towards the execution of each task, innovation, attention to detail, a strong sense of aesthetics and creative thought. She likes to achieve her goals, even under intense workload. The professional principle that guides her work is ” Тo be a responsible and sympathetic partner to the clients.”
Jasmine completed her higher education at the “Economic University” – Varna with majors: Bachelor’s “Economics of Construction”, Master’s “Corporate Finance” and professional qualification “Management of the Hotel and Restaurant Business”. She was born and grew up in her favorite city of Burgas. Happily married for nearly 20 years with 2 children.
Jasmine is an active person who loves to be on the move. She devotes her free time to her family. They spend their time together on hiking adventures, skiing, camping, conquering mountain peaks and more. She loves spending time in nature, long hikes in the mountains, visiting cultural events. She practices yoga, rides a bike, runs, travels, takes interest in esotericism, healthy living and photography. Her greatest passion remains dancing and the endless blue sea.
